Staff Training

Each school is responsible for their own professional development and annual training, but many of CEM’s standard policies and procedures are managed through a digital training platform. Staff can learn at home or work, on a laptop or mobile, and their progression is stored in a database. When staff join CEM, they are automatically enrolled in the right training for their role.
